Senior Manager Inventory Planning

Requirements: Bachelor's Degree - and five years' experience in Product Planning or Supply Chain. Recent Supervisory experience of at least 3 exempt subordinates. Experience working with high SKU's 1000 . S&OP Planning Skills. You must have: Industry background Retail vs Manufacturing. Experience with Oracle, SO99, or Logility preferred o Will consider other supply chain planning systems Excellent skills in Excel to include pivot tables, vlookups, hlookups. Good understanding of Master Data and Databases. Project Planning skills in multiple locations. Analytical and statistical skills. Supply Chain Metrics analysis skills. Strong leadership - management skills. Excellent communication skills. You will: Oversee strategic direction of Inventory Planners to optimize Inventory Management. o With a focus on end to end planning of inventory from purchase requisition to customer invoices to maximize productivity. Manage strategic long range inventory planning decisions - and work cross functionally- in support of fulfillment strategy- to provide implementation of inventory policies, problem solving, goal setting, and performance measure. Have a strategic leadership role while working tactically to motivate his/her teams to adhere to a disciplined inventory process. Be an active leader in recruiting, hiring and development of staff to maximize retention. Communicate inventory position, budget (OTB), financial re-forecast to senior management. Be responsible for purchasing and distribution strategies to support concept goals; Set the vision for all inventory flow & management processes including timing and execution. Validate and influence demand & inventory management plans to support projects and promotions. Facilitate meetings with sales teams to validate forecasts over and above core business. Lead weekly calls with all OEMS and 3PLs o Participate in after-hours conference calls with oversees factories. Maintain and updatemaster files items, vendors, etc. , coordinate SKU level unit forecasts with agreed to Product Category revenue expectations. Achieve consensus on operating plans and inventory goals, provide reports and requested information to management as needed. Develop systems and procedures required to meet service and inventory turn objectives.  Company paid relocation. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
