As a Manager Trainee, you will be learning all aspects of the business. Momentum will take the time to cross-train you in all aspects of management, including: sales, customer service, training and supervising individuals and teams, office administration, human resources, sales management, client management and finances.
Manager Trainees are responsible for:
- Ensuring a positive customer experience
- Achieving individual sales goals and customer service goals
- Increasing sales utilizing retail promotions and sales techniques
- Supporting Momentum and our clients' business plan by assisting the office manager
- Team building and mentoring
- Upholding company standards by being professional and well educated on products and promotions
This position involves one on one sales interaction with CUSTOMERS.
(NO telemarketing - NO direct mail- NO Door 2 Door - NO B2B Sales)

To be successful in this role, our ideal employees typically have:
- Previous Leadership roles i.e. Business, Campus, Military, Community or Sports
- Previous sales and/or retail customer service experience
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Be a self-starter with strong problem-solving abilities
- Minimum Associates Degree (Some exception apply)
- Positive and upbeat personality
- Professional demeanor

Manager Trainees must:
- Be available to work full time hours
- Be living in the Sacramento Metro area or be willing to commute to our Sacramento office daily
- Have reliable transportation
This Manager Trainee position is a full time, entry level position. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to grow into a full time management position. We provide paid training.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
