We're interested in candidates with a thirst for knowledge and training in an industry that can only be learned, practically, as there aren't any how-to pamphlets or books in this fieldonly hands on training from the trailblazers and Rock Stars of the industry.

We are looking for someone with the following traits:
1-year experience in customer service.
The ability to navigate the internet quickly, and type at least 40 wpm.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Good time management and organizational skills.
The ability to relate to people from all walks of life while remaining calm in sensitive situations.
Work well in a team as well as independently.
The ability to sit for an extended period and remain focused.
You must have a strong work ethic and a good sense of humor.
Work Hours:
M-F 8-hour shift.
This is a full-time position.
