We are looking for someone with the following traits:
1-year experience in customer service.
The ability to navigate the internet quickly, and type at least 40 wpm.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Good time management and organizational skills.
The ability to relate to people from all walks of life while remaining calm in sensitive situations.
Work well in a team as well as independently.
The ability to sit for an extended period and remain focused.
You must have a strong work ethic and a good sense of humor.
Work Hours:
M-F 8-hour shift.
This is a full-time position.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
