- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner - Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or individual - Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly - Perform order entry tasks accurately and efficiently - Manage appointment scheduling and maintain the office calendar - Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries - Maintain a clean and organized reception area Skills:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role preferred - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Google Programs) - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Familiarity with medical office procedures is beneficial We offer competitive pay based on experience.
