Job Description:
Our AVL Salon receptionist will greet all of our customers upon arrival.
Will answer all client questions about services via phone / email or in person.
Will process all transactions.
To be successful in this role one must be highly organized and able to manage clients with grace even during peak demand.
Required Skills:
Previous experience in a reception role, preferably within the beauty industry Excellent customer service and communication skills Professional and polite telephone manner Confident Organized Bilingual (ENGLISH & SPANISH) We are looking for an individual who has a bubbly and exciting personality to come join our AVL salon team.
Someone who maintains professionalism in all conversations.
Our ideal candidate will have experience in booking appointments and working in a fast paced environment.
