This CSR role manages a queue to include coordination with financial institutions and repossession agents to recover vehicles.
The CSR will work with multiple programs to assign agents, handle fee approvals, light skip tracing and customer service for clients and repo agents.

1-year experience in customer service.
The ability to navigate the internet quickly, familiar with databases, and type at least 50 wpm.
The acumen to articulate professional verbal and written communication.
Strong in organizational and time management.
The ability to relate to people from all walks of life while remaining calm in sensitive situations.
Work well in an office environment as part of a driven team.
Ability to sit for an extended period of time and remain focused.
Work Schedule:
M-F 8-hour shift This is a full-time position.
