What you will do:
We are currently searching for a friendly, energetic full time Maintenance Technician for our 270 unit apartment community located in Fair Oaks, Ca.
As a key part of the community's success, you have a hand in every resident's satisfaction.
You are personable, talented, tech savvy and skilled with an eye for detail and quality with a pro-active approach to preventative work.
Each day is different, suggesting the need to prioritize tasks, be creative and use the initiative to problem solve.
Your professionalism and follow through with residents make you a conqueror! Schedule:
Sunday-Thursday from 8am to 5pm.
What you will Bring:
Solid understanding of maintenance in the property management field, skilled in:
plumbing, electrical, appliance, carpentry, and painting.
Highly organized to handle work at a fast pace, efficiently with follow through and an eye for detail.
Proactive approach to handle anything that comes your way, especially when it comes to emergencies and after hour calls Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to work after hours for on-call emergencies as part of the on-call rotation.
